0–20 miles: $1.50/mile (current rate)
21–40 miles: $2.00/mile (covers fuel + time further out)
41–60 miles: $2.50/mile (longer travel commitment)

After completing your deposit checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to a form. This form must be completed with important details for your rental, including event date, location, color preferences, and any additional items requested.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled rental date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule your event must also be made at least two (2) weeks in advance of your original rental date.

Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than two (2) weeks before your rental date will result in the loss of your deposit.

Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund or credit is eligible.
