Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and recharge during Unwind & Uncork with Mountain Flow Yoga & Wellness at New Leaf Greenhouse & Market.
We’ll begin the morning with a relaxing yoga session led by Mountain Flow Yoga & Wellness. This class is designed for all experience levels, whether you regularly practice yoga or are stepping onto the mat for the first time. Bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to enjoy a peaceful morning filled with movement, relaxation, and good vibes.
After the yoga session, continue unwinding with a wine tasting and charcuterie. Guests must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID to participate in the wine tasting. All ages are welcome to attend the yoga session and enjoy the charcuterie. Eligible guests will receive a wristband upon check-in.
