Our Annual Holiday Market is returning to New Leaf Greenhouse & Market on Small Business Saturday!

Join us Saturday, November 28 from 9 AM–3 PM for a festive day of shopping small right here inside the greenhouse.

We’ll have a variety of local vendors set up with gifts, handmade goods, holiday finds, treats, décor, and more to help you start crossing names off that Christmas shopping list. And if you happen to find a little something for yourself too… we won’t judge!

Santa will be stopping by for the kiddos, and we have even more festive fun to share as we get closer to the event.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I am applying to participate as a vendor at the New Leaf Greenhouse & Market Annual Holiday Market on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

I understand that the vendor fee is $35. Vendor applications are screened and submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance. New Leaf Greenhouse & Market reserves the right to select vendors based on available space, product variety, event needs, and overall fit for the market.

If my application is not accepted, my $35 vendor fee will be refunded in full. Once I have been accepted as a vendor, the vendor fee becomes non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled entirely and New Leaf Greenhouse & Market closes for the day.

I understand that the Holiday Market is a rain-or-shine event and will be held indoors inside the greenhouse.

If accepted, I agree to be fully set up and ready for customers by 9:00 AM and to remain set up for the entire event through 3:00 PM. Early breakdown or removal of my vendor space is not permitted.

Vendor setup will begin at 8:00 AM on Saturday, November 28. Vendors may also set up on Friday, November 27 during New Leaf Greenhouse & Market's business hours of 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

I understand that if I fail to attend the event after being accepted, or previously committed to an event and did not attend without proper communication, I may no longer be considered for future vendor events hosted by New Leaf Greenhouse & Market.

I agree to help promote the Annual Holiday Market to my customer base leading up to the event. I understand that shared promotion from participating vendors helps expand the event's reach and supports all businesses involved.

I acknowledge that New Leaf Greenhouse & Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or personal property while on the premises. I understand that I am responsible for the safety, legality, quality, and suitability of the products or services I offer and agree to provide applicable business, licensing, insurance, food-handling, or other documentation if requested.

To help maintain a balanced selection of vendors, I understand that my application may be declined if similar products or services have already been accepted or if my business is not considered a good fit for the event.

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Annual Holiday Market Vendor Policies and Terms.
