The Luxe Tower includes a 12-bucket flower tower stand filled with high-quality focal flowers, lush fillers, and premium greenery. Guests will enjoy designing their own stunning floral arrangements with a selection curated for sophistication and variety.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled rental date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule your event must also be made at least two (2) weeks in advance of your original rental date.

Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than two (2) weeks before your rental date will result in the loss of your deposit.

Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund or credit is eligible.
PAYMENTS

A deposit is required at booking to reserve your rental. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your rental date. Payments may be made in-store by cash, check, or card (3% service fee applies for card payments). Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.

DAMAGE POLICY

All rental items are expected to be returned in good condition. In the event of damage, a fee of up to $150 will be charged. The exact amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage and the cost of repair or replacement.
WATER ACCESS POLICY

For the success and quality of your Flower Bar Rental, New Leaf Greenhouse & Market requires access to water onsite. Flowers must remain in fresh water during setup and throughout your event to maintain their beauty and longevity.

The client is responsible for ensuring:

Easy and reliable access to water is available at the venue.

A location is provided where water can be safely added and refreshed as needed.

If no water source is accessible at the event site, arrangements must be made in advance with New Leaf to discuss alternative solutions.

Failure to provide adequate water access may affect the quality of the flowers and overall guest experience. New Leaf Greenhouse & Market cannot be held liable for compromised arrangements if water is not made available.
