Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, I agree to participate as a vendor at the Sweetheart Vendor Show on February 7, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. I understand that my $31.50 vendor fee is non-refundable and secures my space at the event. If I fail to attend (“no-show”), I forfeit consideration for participation in future vendor events hosted by New Leaf Greenhouse & Market.

I acknowledge that New Leaf Greenhouse & Market is not liable for any injury, or for lost, stolen, or damaged products while on the premises. I confirm that my products are safe to sell to the public and that I am able to provide documentation of my business if requested.

Vendor applications will be screened. In the event that a vendor with similar products has already been accepted, I understand that my application may be denied to maintain a fair balance of offerings. If denied, I will be notified and refunded in full. This ensures that all participating vendors have a fair opportunity to sell their products without oversaturation.

In the event of an emergency requiring cancellation, I understand that my situation will be reviewed by New Leaf Greenhouse & Market on a case-by-case basis for consideration.
